Just watched episode 33 and I must say it was a little bit too basic.
Photomatix has been out there for years now and even Photoshop does the trick better now in CS5. So I really hoped for something new to learn.
You also unchecked the ghosting option. Especially with trees which have leaves there always will be something moving. So in my opinion this should be left on when you did your photo.

Thanks for your comments, Brian. In my defense, not everybody owns or can afford CS5 (or even Elements for that matter) so I elected to show how to create HDR's in PhotoMatix as an intro to HDR more than anything else. Also, this program is free, so folks who are interested can give it a try at no expense. Finally, yes it's an easy program and has been around for years. But keep in mind that a lot of my subscribers are not seasoned pros like some of us, so my podcast is sometimes about taking baby steps. There are plenty of photo podcasts out there that focus on more advanced material, mine is called "101" for those wanting to learn the basics. Again, thanks for your comments and I fully appreciate your point of view on this! And you are absolutely correct about the ghosting issue!
